What is The Financial Commission?
The Financial Commission is an independent global external dispute resolution (EDR) organization that helps traders and investors resolve disputes with financial service providers and brokerage firms. It offers fair, fast, and efficient complaint resolution along with an extra layer of protection through its Compensation Fund.

How Does It Work?
The Compensation Fund acts as an additional safety net for Stoica Pro clients. If a member broker fails to comply with a decision issued by The Financial Commission, the fund is used to compensate eligible clients. This allows you to trade with greater confidence, knowing your funds are protected.

The Compensation Fund is financed by The Financial Commission, which allocates 10% of its monthly membership fees to maintain and strengthen the fund.
Who is Covered?
The Compensation Fund covers judgments issued by The Financial Commission. It applies only to specific cases that have been formally reviewed and approved. It does not provide blanket coverage for all clients or situations.
What is the Maximum Coverage?
The Compensation Fund offers protection of up to €20,000 per client for eligible claims as determined by The Financial Commission.
